Terms of service.
Your account and the service we provide.
1. Provider and scope
Vlomkat Solutions FZ-LLC, Free Zone Limited Liability Company (FZ-LLC), provides makeform.live from FDRK0890, Compass Building, Al Shohada Road, Al Hamra Industrial Zone-FZ, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. Our services licence is 47020668, issued by Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone Authority (RAKEZ). See our company details and contacts.
These terms apply to the public website, accounts, hosted and embedded forms, website connections and the service we provide. Free accounts use email sign-in. Pro is available as a monthly or yearly subscription. Our privacy notice covers inquiries sent to accounts, and the data-processing terms apply when we handle inquiries for a business.
Creating or using an account means agreeing to these service terms, including the data-processing terms when we handle inquiries for you. Reading the website or submitting an inquiry to a business does not create a paid subscription. Paid-plan provisions apply when you purchase a subscription.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement, and authorised to act for any business you represent. Provide accurate account details, use notification addresses you control or are entitled to send these inquiries to, and keep sign-in codes and server API keys private. Tell support promptly about suspected unauthorised use.
An account has one owner, who can invite Members up to the limit on the pricing page. Members act for the owner: they can see and manage the account’s forms, projects and inquiries. Only the owner can manage billing, the team, connected apps and alerts, delete forms or the account, and use the other owner-only controls. The owner is responsible for who they add, and for removing people and notification addresses that should no longer receive inquiries. Members must follow these terms and keep their own sign-in codes private.
makeform.live collects inquiries from form links and connected websites. Each form has its own private inbox, all in one account. Saved inquiries remain available even if notification email is delayed or fails. Email delivery or a reply from a business is not guaranteed.
3. Your content and acceptable use
You keep ownership of your forms, logos, messages and files. You give us a limited permission to host, copy, process and deliver them only to run and secure the service, follow your instructions and meet legal duties. This permission ends when processing ends, subject to the retention described in our privacy notice.
You decide why and how to collect inquiries. Provide an appropriate privacy notice and lawful basis, respond to people’s rights requests and collect only what you need. Our privacy-notice guide helps you prepare your notice; it does not replace your responsibility for it.
Do not collect card details, passwords, identity documents, medical records or other sensitive information. Do not use the service for spam, deception, unlawful content, infringement, bypassing usage limits or unauthorised access.
Do not publish pornographic imagery, targeted harassment or threats, phishing, scams, malware or deceptive links through questions, logos, descriptions or buttons. You are responsible for the content and destinations you publish. HTTPS protects a connection; it does not establish that a destination is trustworthy. Ordinary swearing alone does not automatically make a form prohibited.
Use Report abuse on a form, its confirmation screen or shared results to report harmful public content. Authorised people review reports; a report does not automatically remove a form. We do not routinely screen every upload, question or destination. We may restrict a form’s public access while preserving its saved data. This also stops new submissions and pending visitor confirmations; it cannot recall content already received or email already dispatched. To contest a decision, contact support with the form reference. Account restrictions remain available for repeated or serious misuse.
Connected apps
The account owner can authorise trusted apps to access selected forms or explicitly all current and future forms. Separate permissions cover forms, private drafts, inquiries, results, files, exports, projects and usage. An app with inquiry-management permission can move inquiries to Spam or delete them. Check the permissions before granting access and revoke connections you no longer use. Revocation stops new requests; it does not recall information already received by another app. Publishing and privacy-notice approval remain actions for the owner and Members in makeform.live. AI assistants such as Claude or ChatGPT connect the same way, with your consent and the permissions you choose; this will also apply when makeform.live is listed in their app directories. Their providers handle what they receive under your own terms with them. We are adding a setting to hide visitors’ contact details from AI. When it is on, answers to email questions, and to questions you mark as a name or phone number, are left out. Details written inside other answers or files are still shared.
Full-account downloads, publishing, privacy approval, billing, team and credential administration and account deletion are not granted through these management connections. Revoked and expired connections do not use your active allowance. Manual API token creation is limited to five per rolling hour and twenty per rolling day, including tokens later revoked; it does not create an automatic capacity purchase.
Alerts
The account owner can have a short alert about each new inquiry posted to a Slack, Microsoft Teams or Discord channel by adding that channel’s webhook link. An alert gives the form and project names, the time and a private link. For Slack and Microsoft Teams, you can choose to include the visitor’s answers (not files), shortened if long. Everyone who can read the channel can then read them, and they stay there after you delete the inquiry in makeform.live. Before you include answers, make sure your privacy notice covers it and the channel is limited to people who should see inquiries. On Pro, an alert can instead be a signed webhook to an HTTPS address you choose, such as an automation tool or your own server. A webhook carries identifiers, the form and project names, the time and a private link, not answers; to get the answers, an app needs access you grant as a connected app. The chat service or other destination handles alerts under your own terms with it. Use a channel or address you control and remove alerts you no longer need. Removing or pausing an alert stops new alerts; it doesn’t remove messages already posted. Like email, alerts can be delayed or fail, and we may stop an alert whose link stops working or keeps failing, and tell the owner.
AI features
As we add AI features to makeform.live, such as translating or summarising messages, checking them for spam, suggesting replies or drafting a form, each one is off until you turn it on, and the privacy notice describes how they process information. Before you turn on a feature that reads visitors’ messages, make sure your privacy notice covers it. AI output can be wrong or incomplete: check translations, summaries and suggestions before you rely on them or send them, and review Spam for genuine messages. You decide what to send; we never send a reply for you.
Don’t use AI features on job applications, or to evaluate, rank or make decisions about people. Don’t turn them on for forms that ask for health or other sensitive information. Usage limits can apply to AI features, and we may change or withdraw them, telling you before a change that affects a feature you use. We don’t use your forms or inquiries to train AI models.
4. Permission to use the software
While your account is authorised, you may use makeform.live for its intended purpose within your plan. This limited, non-exclusive permission does not transfer ownership of our software, designs or trademarks. You may use the integration examples to connect your websites. Third-party software remains subject to its own licences. Nothing here prevents acts that applicable law expressly permits.
5. Plans, prices and payments
Free requires no payment. Pro costs US$12 per month or US$120 per year, including any applicable tax; a business that gives a valid VAT number may pay less where tax isn’t charged. Before you order, Paddle shows the recurring total and renewal terms. See prices and tax and the current plan features and allowances.
Paddle is the seller and merchant of record for paid subscriptions, handling payments, transaction taxes and invoices. Vlomkat Solutions FZ-LLC provides makeform.live and product support. The sales contract is subject to Paddle’s buyer terms and refund policy. We do not store full card details. No payment obligation arises from using Free or from viewing prices.
Monthly Pro starts with a 14-day free trial for accounts that haven’t had Pro or a trial before. You give a payment method at checkout and pay nothing during the trial. Unless you cancel before it ends, Paddle charges the monthly price when the trial ends and Pro continues. If you cancel during the trial, you aren’t charged and Pro stays until the trial ends. If that first payment fails, the account returns to Free until it succeeds. Paddle emails a reminder before the trial ends. Yearly Pro has no trial and is paid at once.
Paid Pro starts after successful payment. Monthly plans renew each month and yearly plans each year until cancelled. We email a reminder about five weeks and again about seven days before each yearly renewal. An unsuccessful first payment does not activate Pro. A failed renewal after a paid period has a seven-day recovery period before Free limits apply. Inquiry allowances reset monthly, including on yearly plans. At your inquiry allowance, new submissions pause; there are no automatic overage charges. A separate stored-answer allowance also applies, as shown on the pricing page. It does not renew monthly. Reaching it prevents further storage growth without deleting existing inquiries or removing access to read, export or permitted deletion tools. Complimentary Pro access does not create a paid subscription and lasts for the period we tell you.
Usage & limits shows your effective allowances and their scope. You can request a reviewed increase; a request does not authorise a purchase. Approval can have an expiry. Expiry does not delete stored records, but can prevent further growth until usage fits the available allowance. Rate, request-size and processing safeguards continue to apply even when an allowance is increased.
6. Cancellation, refunds and withdrawal
Cancel in Plan & billing (Manage billing) or in Paddle’s billing portal. Cancelling stops the next renewal. Pro remains until the end of the paid month or year. If a payment has failed, cancelling ends Pro immediately. Cancellation alone does not refund a payment or delete your account. Outside the first-payment guarantee, we do not refund the unused part of a paid month or year; statutory rights and the refund remedies in sections 7 and 9 still apply. If the law where you live lets you end a renewed yearly plan early, you can, and we refund the unused part through Paddle.
Our additional first-payment guarantee offers individuals and businesses a full refund, including charged tax, requested within 14 days of the first yearly Pro payment. Confirming that guarantee request ends Pro immediately. This is separate from Paddle’s discretionary refund rules and any statutory withdrawal right. See refunds, withdrawal routes and a model request. Mandatory rights take precedence; merely using the app is not, by itself, a waiver.
7. Retention, suspension and ending use
Choose a retention period appropriate for your inquiries, up to 90 days on Free or 365 days on Pro. Export what you need before expiry. Shortening retention shortens existing expiry dates, measured from arrival. Review and confirm its impact before applying a shorter period; older inquiries may become unavailable immediately. Extending retention does not extend existing inquiry expiry dates. Upgrading does not recover deleted or expired inquiries. Downgrading preserves existing expiry dates unless you shorten them or delete the inquiries; used monthly capacity is not reset.
The account owner may stop using the service and export or delete inquiries, forms or the product account in Settings; a Member can leave an account in Settings → Team. Product account deletion ends makeform.live sessions, including Members’ access. It does not delete your makeall.live sign-in, which we operate with Microsoft Entra, or another makeall.live product account. To delete your sign-in too, email privacy@vlomkatsolutions.com.
Before deleting an account, its owner can prepare and save a full account ZIP under Settings → General → Your data. It contains retained records and prepared files with a contents manifest; secrets, staff records and expired, deleted or restricted answers are excluded. It is a readable download, not an importable database backup. Preparing a download does not delete or close anything. Deletion ends access to temporary downloads, so save any copy you need first.
Deleting your account also cancels any Pro subscription at Paddle immediately. Voluntary deletion does not itself create a refund for unused time, including the rest of a paid year; our first-payment guarantee and any statutory refund or withdrawal rights still apply. Request an eligible first-payment refund before deleting. While a refund is processing, the account can’t be deleted; contact support if you also need help exercising data-protection rights.
We may restrict or suspend access for misuse, a security threat, a legal requirement or a material breach. Where practicable, we will explain why and give you an opportunity to correct it; urgent action may be immediate. Contact support to contest a restriction. We will give reasonable notice before discontinuing the service or an account for reasons unrelated to misuse, so you can export data. After termination, the privacy and data-processing retention rules continue to apply. Suspension does not remove mandatory refund or other rights. If we discontinue paid service for reasons unrelated to your breach, we will arrange with Paddle a refund for the prepaid period we do not provide, such as the unused months of a yearly plan. You do not need to delete your account to request a remedy.
8. Availability and responsibility
makeform.live is an evolving service with no uptime or uninterrupted-delivery promise. We use reasonable care and skill but cannot promise that it will be error-free, continuously available or suitable for every purpose, and that includes the output of AI features. Keep independent copies of information you need. Do not use it for emergencies or other uses where a delay could cause serious harm.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, deliberate wrongdoing, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or limits mandatory consumer or data-protection rights. Subject to that, if you use makeform.live for business purposes, our total liability to you for all claims arising from these terms or the service in any 12 months is limited to the greater of US$100 and the amount paid for your makeform.live subscription in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limit does not apply to liability for breach of the Standard Contractual Clauses or UK Addendum in our data-processing terms, or where mandatory law does not allow it. Otherwise, our responsibility for loss and available remedies are determined by applicable law. We are not responsible for a business’s independent response to an inquiry or its later use of information, except where the law makes us responsible.
9. Changes to these terms
We record each published revision with its date and a change summary. We may change these terms or the service for a legal or regulatory requirement, a security need, changes to supporting technology or providers, or to improve or add features. This is not permission to remove accrued rights or impose an undisclosed charge. Paid price changes follow Paddle's renewal notice and consent requirements and any additional requirements of applicable law.
We will email you material changes affecting an existing account in a form you can keep, explaining the reason, what changes, when it takes effect and your options, reasonably in advance. An urgent legal or security measure may need to take effect sooner; we will explain it as soon as possible without reducing any mandatory notice or remedy. A website edit alone does not replace a required personal notice.
Where EU consumer digital-service modification rules apply, a change beyond what is needed to maintain conformity must have a valid reason under these terms, involve no additional cost and be explained clearly. If it negatively affects your access or use by more than a minor amount, we will give the required advance notice in a form you can keep. You may terminate without charge within 30 days of receiving the information or of the change, whichever is later, unless we let you keep the service unchanged and in conformity at no extra cost. Contact support for termination and any refund due, including unused prepaid service where required. Other applicable cancellation, conformity and refund rights remain; deleting your account is not a condition of exercising them.
10. Questions and disputes
First contact legal@vlomkatsolutions.com with the issue and the outcome you seek. These service terms are governed by UAE law as applied in Ras Al Khaimah. Its competent courts may hear disputes on a non-exclusive basis. If you are a consumer, mandatory protections and any right to bring a claim in the courts of your home country are preserved. Paddle’s sales contract has its own governing-law provisions.
If a provision cannot be enforced, the other provisions continue where legally possible. These terms and the documents they expressly incorporate govern our service relationship; they do not override mandatory law, an individually agreed written arrangement or Paddle’s separate sales terms.
