Refunds and cancellation.
Our first-payment guarantee, monthly Pro’s free trial, stopping renewals and consumer withdrawal.
Who sells Pro
Free accounts use email sign-in. Pro is available as a monthly or yearly subscription. The information below explains refunds, cancellation and withdrawal for paid Pro.
Paddle is the seller and merchant of record for paid subscriptions, handling payments, transaction taxes and invoices. Vlomkat Solutions FZ-LLC provides makeform.live and product support. The sales contract follows Paddle’s buyer terms and refund policy.
Our additional first-payment guarantee
For your first yearly Pro payment, we offer a full refund, including charged tax, when requested within 14 days. This additional product guarantee is for individuals and businesses. It covers only that first payment, not renewals or a restarted subscription, and does not limit other rights.
Use the first-payment refund option in Plan & billing, review the amount and confirm. Confirming this guarantee request ends Pro immediately and returns your account to Free. We save the request and provide an acknowledgement; payment-provider approval and the money appearing in your bank account are separate steps.
If you cannot access your account, contact contact@vlomkatsolutions.com. Include the payer email, payment date and any transaction reference. Never include a password, verification code or full card details.
Monthly Pro’s free trial
Monthly Pro starts with a 14-day free trial for accounts that haven’t had Pro or a trial before.
- You give a payment method at checkout and pay nothing during the trial.
- Paddle emails a reminder before the trial ends.
- Unless you cancel before it ends, Paddle charges the monthly price when the trial ends and Pro continues. If that first payment fails, the account returns to Free until it succeeds.
If you cancel during the trial, you aren’t charged and Pro stays until the trial ends. Cancel in Plan & billing (Manage billing) or in Paddle’s billing portal.
Yearly Pro has no trial and is paid at once.
Consumer withdrawal and other refund rights
Statutory rights can apply independently of our guarantee, including for faulty or misdescribed services. Simply using makeform.live does not, by itself, waive those rights. Paddle’s terms describe location-specific rules and any express consent relevant to digital supply.
For a purchase through Paddle, send withdrawal or refund requests directly to Paddle payment support or follow the link in your purchase receipt. Paddle states that eligible EU purchases show an online withdrawal option in its customer portal during the applicable period. Use that option where available; cancelling renewal is a different action. Paddle’s refund policy says eligible consumers in the EU, EEA, Switzerland and the UK can also withdraw within 14 days after a free trial ends.
You can also contact us for help routing a request. A missing account login or unavailable in-app guarantee button does not remove a statutory right. The additional guarantee above does not replace Paddle’s buyer rights.
Optional model withdrawal statement
To Paddle, via the support route in my purchase receipt or paddle.net: I give notice that I withdraw from my makeform.live Pro subscription. Name: [your name]. Payer email: [your email]. Subscription date: [date]. Transaction reference, if available: [reference]. Please confirm receipt to [email]. Date of this notice: [date].
You may use this wording or any other clear statement. Do not enter personal details into this example on the public page.
Stop future renewals
Monthly plans renew each month and yearly plans each year until cancelled. We email a reminder about five weeks and again about seven days before each yearly renewal. Cancel in Plan & billing (Manage billing) or in Paddle’s billing portal. You can also use your Paddle receipt’s subscription-management link. Cancellation stops renewal at the end of the paid month or year. Pro remains until then. This does not itself refund the current payment or delete your account. Cancelling during the free trial means you aren’t charged; Pro stays until the trial ends. Outside the first-payment guarantee, we do not refund the unused part of a paid month or year; statutory rights and the refunds below still apply. If the law where you live lets you end a renewed yearly plan early, you can, and we refund the unused part through Paddle.
Deleting your makeform.live account is different: it cancels Pro immediately and removes your product data. Voluntary deletion does not itself refund unused time, including the rest of a paid year. Request an eligible first-payment refund in Plan & billing before deleting; deletion is unavailable while a refund is processing. Our guarantee and statutory rights remain. Contact support if you cannot sign in or also need help with a data-protection request.
If we discontinue paid service for reasons unrelated to your breach, we will arrange with Paddle a refund for the prepaid period we do not provide, such as the unused months of a yearly plan. For an adverse service change, see the cancellation and refund protections in our change terms.
Paddle handles approved refunds and payment documents. Its policy explains processing times and the return method; bank receipt can take longer than approval. For a disputed charge or renewal refund, use Paddle’s support route or contact us.
Saved inquiries after cancellation or a refund
Existing inquiries keep their expiry dates unless you delete them or choose shorter retention. New inquiries follow Free limits after Pro ends. Your used monthly allowance is not reset. Download any information you need before it expires.
